Hi Ivo,
The author of this review mentioned that using the SessionPageStatePersister in conjuction with the callBackPanel caused a null reference exception. Has this problem been resolved with the new ajax controls? The ajax panel and manager in particular.

Hello Randy,

I don't remember if there was a real problem back then, but I have been using the "stash your viewstate in the user session" trick with AJAX for quite some time.

I have just tested r.a.d.ajax with both SessionPageStatePersister and SavePageStateToPersistenceMedium/LoadPageStateFromPersistenceMedium (just in case!) and everything worked fine.

We probably will, Mostafa, however this is an independent study and we do not plan to change it in any way. The products that have been compared have a different target in mind, as they are much cheaper than ours or are free. This, of course means, that they come with limited or no support. Nevertheless, we will do our homework.

All the best,
Rob
