I'm having this issue still:

I've updated to the latest version of the controls via NuGet and am still seeing the same behavior.
Is there something else I'm missing?

The NuGet package is not the latest official version (2011.2 914). Please download the same from your Telerik account. We are updating the NuGet package only on major releases.
