Adding dynemic radpane using MVVM

I want to add a radpane dynamically to one of the radpanegroup in side the raddocking. I am very much able to do that with traditional approach (without MVVM) but now i want to move on to MVVM approach and don't know how to do that.
So if you give any sample project or any link that would be very thankful.
Well new to Silverlight and to MVVM approach so i may be sound unprofessional but please help me.

Please check this forum thread where it is explained how to use RadDocking in MVVM scenario. The approach is the same for Silverlight.
