[Solved] Adding Drodown list and hyperlink to grid paging toolbar

Hi All,
I have to add a drop down list and a hyper link to the grid paging bar so  that the paging icons and these drodownlist and link should be appear in a single division.How can i achieve it?
I am attaching the visual design of my screen.

Thanks for quick reply .
but the my dropdown is not for paging which might have other values and the hyperlinks are to navigate to another page which are needed to bind  to  the left side of the paging buttons/icons.
