I started receiving a addEventListender error in Chrome a few weeks back (not sure if there was an update) when uploading documents. I am now receiving the same error with IE10. If I set the DocumentMode to IE9 or less, then it works as expected in IE.
Thoughts on this? Is there a workaround? Known bug?

It's working in Chrome...I won't even ask about IE10. Sorry, nothing to see here. Move on
