I think it believes the installationID is already part of the filter, but it is not.

Hi Kasper I've just verified the data in our database and we have the mentioned installationid marked on roughly 100 session (starting in march of this year). So the data you see presented on the web matches the data stored in our database given the filter on the installationid. Sorting the data on the servertime, there seems to be some strange variations in the version numbering and the usage count (counts that are restarting or picking up from a high number). By looking into the database I can see that our internal cookieid is also changing across these sessions, so perhaps you are assigning the given installationid to multiple devices (or are wiping existing devices, including the persistent storage of our monitor library). I'll be happy to work further into these data with you, if you need more precise details then shown in the session list. Best regards Soren EQATEC Team
