Is there a way to define a template for the RadCartesianChart Series, and add the lineseries dynamically from code behine?

Thank you for your question.

Please refer to the Dashboard Demo application available for download from your Telerik Account. There are dynamic series created from code there - for example you may take a look at Views/GDPView.xaml.cs file and the BuildUI method.
