I want to ask if is it possible to have double certificates in one account?
I mean my account is on AD HOC provision, I want to create for Publishing to Apple. for Distribution to apple purposes.
Is it possible ? so ican create ad hoc for test and other for distribution

Yes it is possible to have multiple certificates in your account irrelevant of their purpose.
