4. Choose wikipedia from the search results to open wikipedia.org
5. MAKE SCREENSHOT which is placed to C:\

When WebAii belongs to ArtOfTest they usually answer more quicly than Telerik's team. http://www.artoftest.com/community/forums/webaii-automation-framework/forum-general-questions/save-image-creating-a-black-rectangle-50-of-the-time.aspx#8062

Hello Oleg,
Cody
I assume your screen is not locked or the screen saver is not running when you experience this problem? We have seen this on rare occasions and so far it's always been machine dependent We don't have a solution to this problem except to use a different machine, or video card/driver.

Seems that the problem was found. It is not in machine's hardware(video adapter). I changed video adapter which didn't solve the problem. This happens only on XP. If I run test on Windows 7 the problem is absent. Was tested on 3 XPs and 3 Win7 different machines.

Hi Oleg,
Cody
That is very good information! Thank you very much for the update. I'm going to forward this info to our QA engineer to see if he can reproduce the same problem as you describe.
Best wishes,Cody
