[Solved] Accessing cells in newly added column

Hi All,
       I am allowing users to add a column in a gridview at runtime. I am able to add the column using gridview.Columns.Insert method. Now cells have to be formatted (such as setting tooltip, setting background and foreground color) in the newly added column. I am not able to get control of the cells of the newly added column because they are not available. At the time of first load, Same formatting was done during Rowloaded event since the cells of the row are available already. But i dont want to reload all the rows because it is time consuming. Can someone help me on this?
