Purchased NativeScript UI yesterday but I only have access to download the version that has a NativeScript 3 dependency. I cannot upgrade to NativeScript 3 as there are many other plugins that have not yet been migrated. Whats the best approach to getting earlier versions of the plugin?

You can download older version of NativeScript UI pro from our Progress NPM as described here:
http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/nativescript-ui/getting-started#downloading-from-httpsregistrynpmtelerikcom
Simply use npm install nativescript-telerik-ui-pro@1.6.1
