Should I give each kind of gas both 4 series(upper limit,lower limmit,a point called average,and a series which connect average point,lower limit,lower limmit)?

Hi ABC,
The type of chart you are referring to uses a series names "OHLC" or you could even use the "CandleStick" with the same data set. This link will bring you to the online demo application of a RadChartView using an OHLC series with financial data.
The flexibility and power of RadChartView makes it easy to create a complex chart like that. Look over to the left pane in the example and notice the drop down box named "Series Type", you can change the type and see the changes in real time.

Unfortunately you will need to update your version of Silverlight before proceeding. It is simple and quick.

Use this link to download and install Silverlight 5.
After installing Silverlight 5, you’ll need to get the Silverlight Developer Runtime, find that here (Silverlight 5 SDK).
