     Question one:
     The  official  website  only  Silverlight5  version  of ?     I  want  to  use Silverlight4 , not Silverlight5... 

    
     Question  two:
      I want   to   ask    "Rad   Controls   for    silverlight  "   whether   there     are   reports    control  ,   not   charts   Control???

Yes, the demos are for Silverlight 5, but we are still shipping Silverlight 4 assemblies, you can download the trial version from your account and give it a try.
