After filtering the grid manually via a textbox and a post, the grid gets a server error 404 when attempting to sort via any column. It can't find the Requested Url: /Search/SearchEmployee.
Its not in a form, and it does sort fine before any filtering.

The url for the grid columns is different after the post, would this be expected behavior? The grid is being is being included as an ascx. Could this be the culprit?

By the way if you are loading the grid from ajax please check this help topic and make sure you perform all the steps.
