[Solved] 3D effect for charts

Hi Everyone,

I just got back from a meeting with our upper management about our new Cloud portal,  They were impressed but they would like the charts to be a little more 3D.  the columns need to be rounded in the corners or even as a Round column with an eliptical top to simulate 3D would be great.  Is this funtionality available?

Is there a way to extend the chart characteristics using Extensionmethods and do you have some templates to affect this approach?

Hi,

I'm copying the response to your support ticket here for community reference.

The chart does not provide control over the element shape. This is not customizable, as the chart needs to know a great deal of information about each shape - how to render it in SVG and VML, how to transform it when changing orientation, etc.

We'll consider adding more pre-defined shapes in future versions.

i want to implement telrik 3d chart  using MVC 3 . Is there any way to  implement  it ?
