Several users have been running into issues related to UAC and permissions. We are currently working out issue with our installer, but there is a work around in the meantime.
Can you try running the installer from an elevated command prompt (run as administrator) with the following command:
msiexec -i <installerPath> /l*v c:\teampulselog.txt
Please let us know if this resolves your problem. If it does not, please post the contents of the teampulselog.txt file for us to review.
