2D Barcodes

I read somewhere that you are going to implement 2d barcodes

do you have an ETA for this

we are looking for a tool to create 'user definable' barcode layouts for test tubes, slides etc but definately require slides to have 2d barcodes due to the limitaions of the size of the barcodes

we use your tools for our client, so hoped we could create a barcode designing/printing solution too but definately require 2d

While we cannot commit to a definite timeframe, one possible estimate is the next quarterly release. We are presently working on this functionality, and hope that it will be available soon.

An alpha test copy will not be available, however we are on track with the development work on the control, and it will be available for the upcoming quarter at the latest.

We are interested in the 2D Barcodes in teleric. We want to use the 2d barcodes in our software Great Barcode Generator .The barcodes that we are interested are QR Code, PDF 417 and data matrix.

We have tried devexpress but its of no use until you do a lot of other coding just to get some simple barcode images. Telerik on the other hand is developed with such an ease and contains better features.

Count us as a customer if 2D barcode are implemented in telerik.

I've used this 2D barcode generator library to create many 2D barcodes, including PDF417, QR Code, Data Matrix, etc. All the parameters of the created barcode can be easily adjusted. Is this a good clue for you? Here is the barcode creation guide. It just reminds me of this info in my mind.

To create 'user definable' barcode layouts, a 2d barcodes generator solution will be considered, especially for 2d barcodes like QR Code, PDF 417, Data Matrix, Aztec Code, etc. It is no more a hard task to create a barcode designing/printing solution that requires 2d barcodes.
