Is there any idea or code library to be able to design forms @ runtime using a database that contains different types of UI (text box, check box, label, combo box, radio button, picture object, and calendar)
Is it possible to have the ability to drag the object on a panel?

Currently we do not have such framework. However, I prepared a small example that demonstrates how to drag user controls onto a canvas. Have a look at it and if you find something unclear, I'd be glad to explain further.
