When trying to run my app using Ion I get a "Failed to open zip file" error popup. Does anybody know what could be causing this? This is with Ion already installed and after scanning the QR code.

Ivan, try building the project for Android. When I was having the iOS problem, I noticed that when building for Android it also failed, but it would give an error message and not even show me the QR code.
The problem was that for some reason Mist could not find some images that were in my project. The weird part was that these were the included jQuery images (the ajax loader and icons). I deleted them from my project, and the Android build was successful. Then when I tried redownloading it on iOS, it worked.
Neven, do you have any idea why Mist wouldn't be able to find those images? They showed up fine in Graphite.

Hi Marcus,
Thanks for sharing the workaround. I never experienced such problem. Even now i created new jquery project via mist and build it for android. No errors was shown.
The only guess i have for now is that maybe your projects were from ctp or beta 1 and something wrong happen during upgrade.
Ivan,Marcus,
Any additional info/steps how to reach this broken stage of the project will be appreciated.
Regards

Ahh, that may be. The project was created before the Graphite update a few weeks ago (when the actual Cordova file was added).

Thanks Marcus and Neven.
I actually recently copied over all files into new project when cordova.js was added. Building for Android did show error (missing img file, even though it was there...), but this error did not show in iOS build.
What are you guys working on by the way?
