Container Deployment

Use the Linux assets in containers, including on Apple silicon Macs. The macOS binaries don't run inside Linux containers.

This Debian-based Dockerfile picks the right package for the build architecture. With BuildKit, Docker sets TARGETARCH to amd64 or arm64.

For a Fedora-based image, download progress-forge-${FORGE_VERSION}-1.$(uname -m).rpm and install it with dnf install -y.
