This Amazon.com Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is facilitated by Progress Software Corporation (“Progress”) and is open to all users who are interested to schedule a research call with us for Fiddler Everywhere and who are 18 years or older at the date of entry, except Progress employees and their families. International winners are responsible for extra fees associated with customs and VAT.
The Giveaway will run from October 21, 2020 until November 21, 2020 or until all prizes are claimed.

Void where prohibited by law. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Progress in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees. You hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
