Company and Product Brand Names

Updated on Apr 3, 2026

Brand names are important for the public company image. Their improper usage is subject to legal counter-actions.

General

  • When you use brand names and trademarked items in product documentation, they have to be correctly cited according to the established company requirements.
  • The same counts for third-party brand names and trademarked items.

Company Brand Names

Full Brand Names

  • Use the full brand name when you refer to any of the registered or non-registered Progress or Telerik trademarks for the first time within an article. Include:

    • The company brand name.
    • The trademark markings on both the company brand name and the product name.
