Active = 0The spilled range has been cleared and no longer spills its values to neighbouring cells. The anchor cell returns value #SPILL!.

Blocked = 1The spilled range is dormant and does not spill its values to neighbouring cells. It is expected that an update of the expression might cause the spilled range to become active again.

Dormant = 3The spilled range has just been created, it is inactive and does not spill its values to neighbouring cells.
