Properties
Gets the argument conversion rules.
public override ArgumentConversionRules ArgumentConversionRules { get; }
The argument conversion rules as ArgumentConversionRules.
Overrides:
Gets the function info.
public override FunctionInfo FunctionInfo { get; }
The function info as FunctionInfo.
Overrides:
When true, FunctionBase automatically evaluates this function element-wise over any multi-element array argument and returns a spilled array result. Override to true in pure scalar functions (e.g. ABS, LEN, MOD) where applying the function independently to each element of an input array is the correct dynamic-array behavior. Leave false (the default) for reducers.
public override bool LiftsOverArrays { get; }

Methods
Evaluates the COUNTIF function and returns the count of cells matching the criteria. When the criteria argument is a multi-cell range or a multi-element array, an array of counts is returned (one count per criteria element) so that the formula can spill.
protected override RadExpression EvaluateOverride(FunctionEvaluationContext<object> context)
The context.
Returns:Functions result as RadExpression.
