I was trialing Test Studio, installed the latest version (712), did a bunch of testing. I was then assigned to work on general project defects which required me to check in my code, but not with the UI test project I had created which did not belong in the current code base/build.
I did not uninstall anything, just remove the UI test project from the solution and now I can't compile because Telerik.Windows.Controls.dll is version 530 and the compiler can't find version 712.

What happened to bring this on? If I re-include the UI test project it doesn't help. Repairing the Test Studio installation does not help. I need version 712 to compile so I can move forward with other defects and return to Test Studio testing later.

How do I upgrade?

Hello Lee,

I'm sorry for the late reply. It looks like you've submitted this ticket for RadControls for Silverlight and the folks were unable to realize what's wrong on your end then asked us, the Test Studio team, for help. Thus the delay in our response.

I'm honestly not sure why would you get those compile errors. As far as I understand you have a Silverlight application running on top of RadControls, is that right? You're probably referring some RadControls assemblies but I checked your download history and it appeared you've downloaded Test Studio only. Perhaps a colleague of you has downloaded a RadControls for Silverlight package? Is that version 530?

Can you try adding your application in a new solution and try compiling that? Although I honestly don't know the reason for the problem I hope that will solve the problem. Please right back to share what's going on and any further details if you have.

Best wishes,
