Indeed this is possible using Silverlight 4 printing - you can check my blog post for more info.

We are currently still using SL3, will upgrade soon and check it out.
I also need this for exporting to EXCEL, is this possible?

Unfortunately currently this is not possible however once we have this we will create and example in our demos.
