Will Telerik.Documents.Core.dll read a PDF file

I'm trying to figure out if Telerik.Documents.Core.dll will read a PDF file or PDF portfolio  , get the file name and binary data and also get their attachments and file name and binary data 

if so, where can I download and offline trial version of the Telerik.Documents.Core.dll

The PDF processing library is not available as a standalone product. It is shipped with the other products. Detailed information is available here: Installing on Your Computer | Telerik Document Processing.

You can read and manipulate PDF files. The following articles show more information about this:

• Fixed Content Editor

Unfortunately, the PDF portfolio is currently not supported.
