Why is the Window Caching?

Every time I load the window I want it to requery the data, because I pass parameters to this window.  Unfortunately, unless I refresh the browser page, the window will just load that last loaded data.  How can I disable caching?  I looked at this article but it appears that this was fixed already.

I am creating the window in javascript on the client.
