Hi,

Thank you for reaching us out.

The Uid property should be a unique identifier of an element and could be used for that in the Telerik Testing Framework as well. Though currently we expose that property as a number which might not be unique although the Uid is a string property. The issue is submitted to our public feedback portal and will be further investigated - you could follow its progress here, vote for it, add comments, etc.

Meanwhile I will recommend you rely on any other unique attributes of the elements in the application under test such as Name, as the shared example.

Thank you for your understanding in advance! Please let me know if you have any further questions on the topic.

Regards,
