WebView Inspector always displays blank page

I use latest version of fiddler. but when every capturing the traffic either http or https, the WebView inspector doesn't work at all. it always displays the blank page although I have been decode the response

Unfortunately, we're not aware of anything that can cause this, although sharing more information about your configuration (specifically what OS version you have) may help.
