Hi Emerson,

I was not able to find any issues with the binding of the visibility property of RadRichTextBoxRibbonUI. Please find attached a sample demo using Q2 SP1 (2011.2 920). I also tested it with the Q3 release, in which RadRichTextBoxRibbonUI is based on the new RadRibbonView and the binding worked as expected.
