Do you have plans for a VirtualQueryableCollectionView like the one you have in Silverlight?

Hi,
Sorry for the late response.
In the WinRT suite you can take advantage of the IncrementalLoadingCollection. Please, take a look at the following blog post and see if this works for you.

Thanks. But I was looking for something supporting “random access virtualization”.
IncrementalLoadingCollection (which implements ISupportIncrementalLoading) forces you to load the entire
collection if you want to get to the end of it (“incremental virtualization”).
WinRT also offers INotifyCollectionChanged and IObservableVector for “random access virtualization” – it was an implementation for those interfaces I was looking for.

Hi Flemming,
Currently, we do not have immediate plans for VirtualQueryableCollectionView analogue. Nevertheless, we will add this to our wish list to plan it for future releases.
Thank you for your feedback. We highly appreacate any suggestion for making our products easier to use and suiting products needs. I have updated your telerik points accordingly.

Any idea if this feature will be implemented?
What kind of progress can I track in the feedback portal – when it is not even started upon?

Hello Flemming,
This feature did not made it for the backlog for the current release. Feedback portal gives better visibility to users requests and if this feature becomes popular we will raise its priority. In addition, as soon as we start working on this feature its status will be updated accordingly.
