Using WebAii without GAC install

Can I use the WebAii framework without using the installer.
Ideally I'd just like to be able to reference the binaries.

No I am sorry that's not really possible. Our IE add-on is required to be placed in the GAC to operate and the only way to get it and our Firefox add-on installed is to use the installer.

I had same question. Can we have zip file with all WebAii required stuff  and batch file installer ?
Its pretty common that GAC install or msi deployment forbidden on servers. It would be cool if programmers can link everything what required for WebAii to their own application and manually install BHO\Registry Keys (HKCU preffered).

Hi Alexey Shcherbak,

I'm afraid the install process is too complex to document or try to put into a batch file. There are just too many dependencies and registry settings that must be carefully set or tweaked for the framework to be able to properly run your tests. Using our .msi installer is the only way to reliably install all of the framework components.
