using information from radwindow to vb

i have a asp button for opening a radwindow, i choose one of three radcombobox, afther that, when i close the radwindow i need to use the value of that radcomboboxes in my visual basic code for call a method to insert values in radgrid, how can i do that?

 If you could provide more information about your scenario this would be very helpful. What kind of window and combo boxes do you use (Silverlight or ASP)?
