Hi,

I just installed Rad controls version v.2010.3.1314.1040 and when I try dragging the combo box into the designer from the VS toolbox in VS 2010 I get the following error:

Unspecified error (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004005 (E_FAIL))

Additionally, when I opened the Telerik Demo application to see if I'm missing a reference or something, I get the following errors when I try to view the designer on any XAML page:  (this one is from example.xaml in catalog)

Hello Joseph Sampino,

We are not aware of such problem and the error doesn't sound familiar. Could you please try a few things:
1. Download from your account and install latest version of Telerik controls which is 2011.1 419 and see if the problem is still there.
2. Before dragging the RadComboBox from the toolbox to design surface, try to manually add project references to Telerik.Windows.Controls.dll and Telerik.Windows.Controls.Input.dll.
