The keys "I" and "O" can be used to indent the session. This is useful if you want to show parent/child requests.

Yup, these are documented in the book; unfortunately the online documentation is a bit outdated.

You can also indent items using FiddlerScript, using script like so: oSession["ui-indent"] = "1";
