Hi Shivaraj,
Thank you for the screenshot. I recommend reinstalling to see if it was an installation issue.
If the issue persists please provide the following information.
1. - Can you install and run an older version?
2. - What .NET Framework Version is installed?
3. - Are there any 3rd Party Extensions installed?
