Unable to login to Fiddler everywhere

Hello,

 

I am unable to log in to the software.

 

Checked my connectivity using "Connectivity Check (getfiddler.com)" and everything looks fine.

Hello Ali,

 

It seems that your Fiddler host machine might be using an automatic proxy, which limits the application's access to our backend API endpoints. Please contact your system/network administrator and ask them to allow the following API endpoints

  https://*.telerik.com/
  https://*.getfiddler.com/
  https://fiddler-backend-production.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com

If the issue persists then please enable the verbose logs and send the newly generated output so that we can investigate further.

To enable the verbose logging in Fiddler Everywhere execute the following steps:

  • Close Fiddler Everywhere
  • Open %USERPROFILE%\.fiddler\Settings\electron-settings.json file - it contains some internal Fiddler Everywhere settings.
  • In the file, at the root of the JSON object, add "verboseLogging": true . Ensure you keep the file to a valid JSON
  • Save the electron-settings.json file.
  • Start Fiddler Everywhere.
  • Try to sign in again.
  • If/When the operation fails, send us the newly generated log files.
  •

    Thanks Nick,

     

    I am connecting my PC to the router directly and using the default Windows 11 settings

    I also checked another MacBook with a different network and I got the same issue.

     

    new logs are attached.
