Unable to install new WP8 release

Hi, I'm receiving the following error when trying to update the WP8 controls through the Telerik control panel.  Suggestions?

This is a known issue. It is observed when both UI for Windows Phone 7 and UI for Windows Phone 8 are part of one subscription. In this case we suggest you to use the offline installer to upgrade. Use the link below to download the MSI installation package (Automatic installation).
