Hello,
There seems to be a UI bug (running the latest version of FiddlerEverywhere) where it always says (Paused) no matter it's in on or off:
Mac OS version 10.15.7

Hello Jérôme Segura,
The macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina) version is unsupported as of November 30, 2022. That said, we have just dropped the Fiddler Everywhere support for that version of the macOS operating system.
However, the issue might not be UI related, as while the UI switch works, the Paused status means that the system proxy settings were not successfully changed in the background. That could be caused by multiple factors, including the inability to change the OS proxy settings due to insufficient rights or the failure to properly detect the active network adapter (in case there are multiple active network adapters). You can turn on the verbose application logs by adding the below key-value pair in .~/.fiddler/Settings/electron-setting.json.
Once the above flag is set, retry the Fiddler Everywhere system capture. Then you can open the electron.log and the netcore.log files and investigate the verbose error messages for possible reasons why Fiddler fails to act as a system proxy. Alternatively, you can send us the verbose logs through a private ticket (avoid posting the logs here as they could contain sensitive information).
Best Regards,
Nick Iliev
