I have a requirement . We have removed the maximize/minimise icons (toggle buttons ) from the rad tile view item header . So,now when the user hovers anywhere on the header of the tile , a tool tip is required. When the tile is in restored state , tool tip should say "Maximize" and when it is in maximized state, header tooltip should say "Minimize" .Please provide a demo to do this.
