Hi,
we've encountered error in subject of this post continued by:

"0 - A certificate chain could not be built to a trusted root authority.

ISSUER: CN=GlobalSign RSA OV SSL CA 2018, O=GlobalSign nv-sa, C=BE

This warning can be disabled by clicking Tools -> Options."

This seems to be problem with local certificate store on client computer? Not neccessarily Fiddler issue.
Using Windows 7.
How do we proceed?

It might be a problematic server-side certificate configuration or a missing certificate in the CA on the client-side. Fiddler has an "ignore server certificate errors" option which you could enable in Tools > Options.

its hard to blieve this could be due to server side certificate configuration since this is Fiddler official domain (www.fiddler2.com). how could I confirm its client side issue?

The URL www.fiddler2.com should return 301 (Moved Permanently) status and redirect to https://www.telerik.com/fiddler - this is the expected behavior that I am experiencing when capturing the traffic with Fiddler Classic.

You could try to entirely reset the Fiddler certificates via Тools > Options > HTTPS > Actions > Reset All Certificates and retry the capture.

No answers yet. Maybe you can help?
