Hi Old,
You could try enabling HTTPS Decryption as shown in the documentation. Note that for this to work the Fiddler Root Certificate needs to be trusted. Also, some requests may not be decrypted due to Certificate Pinning.
An alternative is that sessions are created from installed applications and this could be just the application syncing with the remote host.
