When I'm trying to run in safari I got this kind of error

"Safari can't install this extension
An error occurred while installing the extension 'Telerik Test Studio Automatic Extension"

I already tried to uninstall my safari and download the latest one, it still didn't work.

For Chrome, it did work, but when i started it point to "http://localhost:46527/WebUI?1686252949" and with message "Preparing browser for automation..." After that nothing. It doesn't start or anything, just stop there.

Firefox also have the same problem, the only difference is it point to "http://localhost:46023/WebUI?423414062"

Why this happen? I already get the green light for all of my browsers from browser calibration.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Morgan,

I'm sorry but it appears that you have been experiencing this known issue. You can download our updated Safari extension from the comment section of the previous link (or see WebUI.zip attachment) and place it into the '..\Telerik\Test Studio\Browser Extensions\Safari\' folder before manually installing it.

Another option would be to upgrade Telerik Testing Framework to version 2012.2.1527 which is our latest internal build and contains the same fix mentioned above. The LIB can be downloaded directly from your account here: Public URL.

Regarding the Chrome and Firefox issues, please follow the instructions in our troubleshooting articles here and here.

Hi Edgar,

As of version 2015.3 Telerik TS extensions are signed by Firefox in order to be installable.

You may try delete the extension, enable it again and restart the browser.

Firefox extensions could be installed manually, as shown below:

- For installing the playback extension navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Test Studio\Browser Extensions\Firefox4+ and drag telerik_test_studio_automation-2015.2.918.0-fx-windows.xpi to the extensions in FF.

- For installing the recording extension navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Test Studio\Bin\TestRecorderBrowserExtensions\Firefox and drag telerik_test_studio_recorder-2015.3.1228.0-fx-windows.xpi to the extensions in FF.

Let me know if that helps.
