Hello Rolando,

I apologize for the delay responding to this. We don't have quite enough information to diagnose what is causing this error. Can you send us the complete test project for analysis? Will we be able to access your web application so that we can reproduce this problem and figure out what it will take to fix it?

Greetings,

Hi Rolando,

Thank you for the test project. I won't be able to actually work on this until tomorrow. I'm located in Central Texas which is CST and it's still Sunday. I will need until 5pm CST on Monday to be able to study this.

You can send private email to support@telerik.com. Please reference ticket 490692 so we can associate the email with this thread.

All the best,

Hello,

I've been trying to work on this for you, but not getting very far. The web server you setup seems to be too slow to work on or the Internet connection between us is too slow... or there's some sort of an authentication problem. Here's a video of my attempt http://screencast.com/t/Yk11rrWaXR3. As you can see a lot of the HTTP traffic is returning 401 - Unauthorized. Also attached is the fiddler trace I took. Until I can successfully access your application I don't think I can make any progress.
