TabControl tabitem square header

Hi,
i would like to know how can i change the tabitem header to feel more like button(side by side) instead of actual page tab(one behind the other, etc...).

Not sure if i am clear enough, but this is an option we often see in windows forms application.

I attached an image so you can figure out what i am looking for.
