Normally, this inspector will use the content-type header to decide on the format. Is this header present in your request?

is it that complicated?
how is it not bothering more people?

Hopefully this link works in the forum, I have uploaded a .webm video showing the problem for me at least. The headers show that it is application/xml, but I have to reformat every request. It's just annoying.

Hopefully this video link will work. I've uploaded a .webm video to my dropbox. https://www.dropbox.com/s/xxm57qffsccrd6t/fiddler-no-auto-format.webm?dl=0
You can see that the headers are set to application/xml but I still have to reformat every request every time.

Oh no, sorry for the multiple replies. The site was giving me 500 errors so it seemed it was not posting. I apologize.
