We are very enthusiastic about the prospect of developing and deploying our apps using ICENIUM... But one major thing holds us back....
SQLitePlugin (for iOS) - https://github.com/chbrody/Cordova-SQLitePlugin (or similar)

We can't use the standard Cordova API SQL because of the 5mb WebSQL file size limit. Can you provide a rough estimate on when this plugin or custom plugins will be supported by ICENIUM.  Or can you recommend another way to get around the 5mb WebSQL database size limit?

The lack of support for any SQL lite plugins across all the other mobile IDE/build services would put you at a major advantage; 5mb local WebSQL storage is just not enough to play with in quite a lot of enterprise requirements, which at the moment results in having no choice but to go back to an XCode environment.

Thanks for your help,
Lee

Hi Lee,

Thanks for trying out Icenium.

Hi Lee,

We've added SQLite plugin to Icenium in Icenium 1.2. What's more in Icenium 1.6 release, we've added the ability to add Plugman-compatible Apache Cordova plugins to your Icenium project. For more information, see Working with Custom Plugins help article.

If it is not compatible, you would have to make the necessary modifications in order to be able to use it, see Requirements for Custom Apache Cordova Plugins and Plugman specifications.

For the full list of shiny goodies that made it in the 1.6 release, please refer to the Icenium 1.6 Release Notes.

Steve
