Hello,

Although Telerik is awesome I wish to delete my Telerik account, Telerik Forums account and all of the data associated with this account. Please help me out with this.

Your Client Profile is scheduled for deletion and will be processed in the next available time slot 3rd Jun - 4th Jun.
All customer information will be permanently removed from our system.

Please remove my account from your system as well. I downloaded a trial, and after much frustration with the simplest of things not working and your support taking forever to respond and when they do, they are condescending and do not answer the question or resolve the issue. Your documentation is severely lacking and you have zero real world examples to go along with your controls. You as a company need to understand that I do not have time to be waiting days to get an issue resolved only to get a response that says... sorry we are unable to reproduce the error, can you send us your project? NO I can't just zip up the SQL Server database and the entire application. How about you have an engineer get connected with the customer and see first hand what's happening on the client system so you can help resolve it in a timely fashion. As it is, I don't have enough confidence in your support system to spend the kind of money you're asking only to lose days of productivity because I cannot set a selectedvalue on your combobox or multicolumncombo controls ... yet the stock microsoft controls work without issue. sad, but I just don't have any more time to waste. So, please remove my account and delete ALL of my information from your system.

Please can you also erase my account which I created many years ago for a trial download.

I am surprised there is not a more obvious option for requesting this within my account profile. After struggling to find an easy way to request this or contact you. Fortunately an internet search lead me to this thread, hopefully someone can act on this.

Dear Telerik,

I see my Telerik account still exists over a month after I requested it be deleted. Why do Telerik make this process so difficult, why is there no simple process on the https://www.telerik.com/account/ to request account deletion? It should not require adhoc posts to a public forum to request such actions.

Please can someone at Telerik resolve this for me.

Hi,

Can you delete this account?

This account was joined by someone hacking my email.
I do not use this service and would like to delete my account.
However, I couldn't see the menu to delete the account.

I made the same inquiry through the contact us menu last week, but there was no response.
In the meantime, I found the forum and am requesting to delete my account.

Please delete this account.
