Refresh header when data change

Hello,

I have a dynamically created RadGridView. My problem is when I try to change the header at runtime, ex, the background color. The changes are not shown. If I scroll in the grid to hide that column and come back, then the header is changed. But I would need it to update by itself.How can I force the column header to refresh without having to refresh the entire grid?
